Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of RoCodex. By installing or using RoCodex, you agree to them.
License
A RoCodex subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on your own machines while your subscription is active. Each license key is bound to your hardware to prevent sharing. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software or your key.
Subscriptions & billing
- RoCodex is billed as a recurring subscription via Stripe, including any free-trial period stated at checkout.
- Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails or the subscription is canceled, your license key is deactivated and the software will stop validating.
Acceptable use
You agree to use RoCodex lawfully and in compliance with Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards. You are responsible for the code you write and execute with the tool, including any code run in Roblox Studio.
Disclaimer of warranty
RoCodex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that documentation results are complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoCodex and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or projects arising from your use of the software. RoCodex is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
Refunds
Because a free trial is offered before billing, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Contact us if you believe there has been a billing error.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
